New residence for elderly people in Gràcia neighborhood, Barcelona

Early next year we will start the construction phase of a new residence in the Gracia neighborhood of Barcelona. The residence will have 103 rooms and a capacity of 117 beds. With a constructed area of 7,497m2, it will be a NZEB building with an AA energy rating, it will have gray water and rainwater storage facilities and the installation of photovoltaic panels. The completion of the works is scheduled for the end of 2024.
