The land where this building is located is part of the private land resulting from the Specific Modification of the Metropolitan General Plan of Sabadell. Block 23 is organized into a pair of parallel blocks, each with a depth of 10.50m, separated by 12 meters where the access or stair exits to the common space are located. This plot is part of execution units UE1, UE2, and UE3.

It is a multi-family building with 53 apartments arranged in two blocks. Block 1 with a facade on Ronda Jean Monnet, arranged in 4 staircases and ground floor plus 3 upper floors with a total of 32 apartments. Block 2 with a facade on Calle Poble Amazic, arranged in 3 staircases and ground floor, 1 semi-basement floor for apartments and storage rooms, 2 floors with a total of 21 apartments. The basement floor is entirely dedicated to parking with a capacity of 75 cars, 6 adapted spaces, 9 motorcycles, and 27 storage units, with a single access via a two-way ramp at the right end of the plot and connections to the apartments via elevators. The development does not have commercial premises.

The stair cores are arranged by distributing 2 apartments per landing. All the apartments have the 10.50m depth of the block and, therefore, have 2 facades and cross ventilation.

The homes feature continuous balconies and terraces that extend the living space outdoors from the living-dining area and main bedrooms. On these balconies, sliding panels made of aluminum slats are installed to create an outdoor space with more privacy. The interior facade is more closed off with windows and the volume of the stair core protruding to create some recesses in it.

On the rooftops of the buildings, there are technical rooms and common areas accessible to residents for sunbathing and exercising.

The exterior community spaces of the blocks are located within the block as a landscaped passage between the private terraces of the ground floors and will form a path from one end with a pool and children's play area to the exit, connecting with the street level through adapted ramps and stairs. This communal green space will be maintained by the residents' association.

The standard housing program consists of 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms, always with the master bedroom next to the living-dining area and with access to the exterior balcony that connects to this daytime space. The kitchen is located in a closed space and faces the other facade, the interior facade.
