On March 7, 2025, a collaborative and participatory work session was held in Cala Millor to present the results of the research conducted over the past two years as an introduction to the area and a preliminary step before the proposal. The questions "What's wrong with Cala Millor?" and "What can we do for Cala Millor?" were answered, also presenting the measures and strategies applicable in urban and coastal areas and the role of nature-based solutions, to support the dynamic "What solutions would you apply to Cala Millor?".

In this dynamic, six working groups were formed, led by Miriam García, Jordi Miró, Pere Marieges, Noemí Macià from LANDLAB, Verónica Cánovas from the Environmental Hydraulics Institute of the University of Cantabria "IHCantabria," and researchers from SOCIB, where technicians from different departments (Environment, Infrastructure, Financing…) debated and selected climate change adaptation measures applicable to Cala Millor, as a first approach to the proposal that will later be projected. Very interesting debates and varied viewpoints emerged, leading to comprehensive conclusions and multidisciplinary opinions on the future of the Cala Millor coast and beach.
