The works for the second phase of the housing blocks in Can Gambús, Sabadell, begin.

The new phase continues the first phase both in materiality and in common spaces.

They are two parallel residential blocks facing Ronda Jean Monet and Calle del Poble Amazic in Sabadell, promoted by the Núñez y Navarro group. They consist of 46 homes of different types: 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units adapted to various needs.

The space between the two buildings is a climate refuge promenade with abundant vegetation that continues from the first phase, which is practically completed. The promenade connects the different leisure areas with outdoor pools and children's play zones.

The materials for the facades will be the same as in the first phase: exposed brick with white finish, aluminum carpentry, and sliding aluminum slat screens. Energy efficiency is, once again, a fundamental strategy of the project, achieving an nZEB energy rating.
