The construction of the apartment blocks in Can Gambús, Sabadell continues
The construction of two apartment blocks in Can Gambús is progressing at a very good pace
They are 2 detached buildings with 50 homes, parking spaces, and storage rooms, grouped into 7 staircases with a landscaped communal area, a swimming pool, and children's play areas. The two buildings consist of a basement, ground floor, and three upper floors. The facades are made of white exposed brick with Ferrater brick, with movable lattices on the street-facing facades for solar light filtering. The building will be an NZEB with an AA energy rating, featuring greywater and rainwater recovery systems and aerothermal energy.
The completion of the works is expected by the end of 2023.
