In this building, which was for many years the former Dexeus Clinic, a residence for the elderly managed by Sar-quavitae, now DomusVI, is being built after its complete rehabilitation. The building is located on two plots parallel to Calle Calatrava with a total surface area of 2,477 m2.

On each of these plots there is a building, connected by a covered passageway on the upper floors. These buildings are connected on the lower floors from ground floor Bonanova to basement -3, forming a single floor.

The building located on plot A has a ground floor, six upper floors and a floor covered with installations. Below ground level there is a semi-basement floor that coincides with the ground floor of Calatrava Street and three basement floors.

The building located in plot B has a height of ground floor, mezzanine (matching the ground floor of Passeig de Bonanova), five storeys and a floor covered with installations. Below ground level there is a semi-basement floor corresponding to the basement floor -1 of Passeig de Bonanova, and two basement floors.

The uses planned for each of the floors are the following: on basement level -3, services and facilities of the residence and the medical offices (transformation centres, warehouses, technical rooms, etc.). The sterilisation, radiotherapy and nuclear medicine services associated with the medical offices will also be provided.

Basement 2 is intended for medical offices. Basement 1 is partly for medical offices and partly for auxiliary services of the residence (storage, staff areas, kitchen, etc.).

Due to the slope of Calatrava Street, there are two floors that are considered as ground floor. The Calatrava ground floor is partly used for medical offices and partly for assistance services for the clients of the residence (doctor, pharmacy, reception, etc.). The Bonanova ground floor is used for medical offices and assistance services for the residence's clients (occupational therapy, physiotherapy, etc.).

On these floors, from the first to the sixth, the different rooms of the residence hall are distributed, grouped into living units, as well as the respective dining rooms and living rooms. On the 6th floor there are rooms for patients with mental health treatment.

On the 5th floor, there is a terrace-solarium for exclusive use for residents.

The covered floor is used exclusively for installations.

The facades maintain a uniform criterion of materials and a similar volumetric composition in both buildings, even though they were built at different times.

The work on the facades basically consisted of enlarging the openings in the front of the access from Calatrava streets on all floors and changing the metalwork on all the facades. On the floors above the ground floor on Passeig de Bonanova where the rooms are located, the solid parts are made of prefabricated concrete panels with reliefs on their surface, except in the central part of the Calatrava facade, which had a smooth surface. The textured panels were cleaned, repaired and finally glazed to give a white concrete appearance. Meanwhile, the smooth panels were clad with aluminium sandwich panels.
