The Regional Urban Development Plan "La Arboleda" in Miranda de Ebro formalizes the meeting of the city with the Ebro River, betting on a residential program primarily of protected housing, facilities, public equipment, and open spaces. A new equipped urban park that will bear the name of its landscape: the grove. A proposal for urbanism from the landscape that provides environmental and social quality to an "informal" settlement. Similarly, the document incorporates the mandatory studies from the environmental and landscape perspectives (ISA, EIP).
