New residence for the elderly in the Gràcia neighborhood of Barcelona

At the beginning of next year, construction will begin on a new residence in the Gracia neighborhood of Barcelona.

The residence will consist of 103 rooms and a capacity of 117 beds. With a built area of 7,497m2, it will be an NZEB building with an AA energy rating, featuring greywater and rainwater recovery systems and the installation of photovoltaic panels. The completion of the works is scheduled for the end of 2024.
