Landscaping of the Marina – Medio Cudeyo Business Park

The Landscape Integration Study aims to redesign the original proposal to achieve its integration into the environment.
For this, a dual strategy was used: on one hand, naturalization, that is, the "stitching" with the most characteristic elements of the physical environment, and on the other, the improvement of scenic quality, incorporating the design and treatment of the roadways as well as the various open spaces and green areas.

On the other hand, the work aims to apply and disseminate new intervention and landscape management guidelines based on the recognition of its character as a collective interest good and its value in stimulating economies and local development.
