The "Santander Habitat Futuro" City Model promoted by the Urban Planning Department as part of the new Santander General Plan, has been selected for the final phase of the 2022 Architecture Awards within the Urban and Territorial Planning category. In this category, two other projects have reached the final phase: "Plan n'UNDO #Manilva_hacia una Agenda Urbana Local", promoted by the City Council of Manilva (Málaga), and "Wildgarten", promoted by ARE (Austrian Real Estate GmbH).
