The ETIS, a plan of plans championed by the Santander City Council, has among its references and conclusions the city model designed in the previous legislature and received with indifference and disdain.

The newspaper El Faradio publishes this news announcing that the Sustainable Integrated Territorial Strategy (ETIS) Santander 2030 adopts a good part of the proposals from 'Santander Habitat Future', the city model presented in 2022 by the previous municipal team, LandLab-Paisaje Transversal, a project developed by Urban Planning when it was managed by Ciudadanos (with Javier Ceruti at the helm) which was awarded and then scorned by the Popular Party.

It also refers to the interview with Miriam García García from February 2023, in which the new city model projected for Santander is mentioned, a city that "stopped being what it was because it wanted to be what it could never become."
