It is a detached building consisting of three attached staircases, two of which have a ground floor and 4 upper floors, the third with a ground floor and 6 upper floors, with 3 basement levels designated for parking and storage. The building has a constructed area of 6,900m2 above ground and 5,200m2 below ground. Of the 80 homes, 18 are officially protected, 7 of which have been transferred to the City Council. Similarly, a new park and the frontage on Rius and Taulet Street have been developed and handed over to the City Council, with a total intervention area of 3,370m2.
The building, in terms of energy, is an NZEB (near zero energy building), with an AA rating and is equipped with an aerothermal system, heat recovery, and grey and rainwater recovery systems. The facades are mostly ventilated facades with porcelain stoneware and SATE finishes. The southwest facade, which faces the park, consists of vertical slat lattices for solar control.
