Building consisting of a basement, ground floor and 4 upper floors for a residence for elderly people. It has 103 rooms and a capacity of 117 residents. The basement floor has 19 parking areas and the service areas of the residence (laundry, kitchen, storage, facilities and staff changing rooms). On the ground floor, taking advantage of the slope of the street, there is a living unit with bedrooms and a living-dining room, the building access, the lobby, the bar, administration offices and common living areas. On the first floor are the rooms, with separate living-dining rooms. The ground floor and third floor roofs are landscaped roofs for the exclusive use of residents. The one on the ground floor is connected to a pre-existing interior garden. The recovery of gray water and rainwater and the installation of photovoltaic panels are planned to be implemented.
